Vedantu acquires Instasolv, a doubt solving platform

VedantuVedantu, a well-established in LIVE online learning in India has acquired Instasolv, the 2nd largest doubt-solving app in the country for students from Class 6 to 12 for science, mathematics, IITJEE, and NEET. This is Vedantu’s first achievement in an EdTech company to reinforce its focus in the instant doubt-solving space, where doubts are solved by quality teachers in a chat format. Vedantu’s tech expertise will strongly complement Instasolv’s instant doubt solving capabilities leading to a winning partnership in the EdTech space. Back in 2020, Vedantu had invested USD 2 Million as part of a pre-series A funding in Instasolv.

This also grades Vedantu’s growing focus into Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns where the access to quality teachers is a growing challenge and doubt solving is a key imperative for students.

While growing acceptance and changing mindsets for LIVE online learning have contributed towards category growth, Vedantu’s superior pedagogy and user experience have made it the most preferred K-12 learning platform amongst students and parents in India. In 2020, Vedantu has delivered 75 million hours of classes across its platform and with 6.3 million students attending LIVE classes.
